This page only concerns purchases made in the Maroquinerie Sentimentale shop (one-of-a-kind pieces, already made). You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to withdraw from your purchase.

Custom-made pieces (Raconteuse d’Histoires Textiles) are not covered: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. For any question about a bespoke order, please use the contact form instead.
